# How to get USDC on Polygon

We use USDC on Polygon to save your money on blockchain transactions fees

## Withdraw From Centralized Exchanges (like Binance)

You can choose a Polygon network when withdrawing your USDC:

It will also save you $34 per transaction (as of Jan 27, 2022). 

But you have to keep in mind that Polygon withdrawals on Binance are often paused for unknown reasons.

## Convert from USDC ERC-20

If you have USDC on Ethereum blockchain, you can swap to USDC on Polygon. There's a lot of swap options, while we recommend to use the [official Polygon bridge](https://wallet.polygon.technology/bridge/) because it's usually multiple times cheaper than other: $70 per transaction instead of $240 as of Jan 27, 2022.

If you have an Ethereum network address with USDC ERC-20, you are automatically the owner of the same Polygon network address.
